  • A redesigned on-ramp. A new buying and funding flow shipped on the /go entry point, with integrated login, a clearer view of fees before a purchase or deposit, and a mobile-optimized start page, so a first-time buyer can go from arrival to owning a property in one place.
  • Listings and offers on the project's own rails. The application added its own create, send, and cancel flows for listings and offers and began fulfilling listings through Seaport directly, replacing reliance on a third-party marketplace service and improving reliability of accepting an offer.
  • Credit history visible on profiles. A profile can show a property's loan and repayment history, giving lenders and counterparties a track record to evaluate, and giving borrowers with a good history a way to demonstrate it.
  • Pay off a loan by bank. Borrowers gained the ability to pay off a fixed loan by bank transfer, not only with stablecoins, broadening who can comfortably borrow against a parcel.
