Preminted properties can be listed for sale directly. A property that has been preminted can go straight to a live listing, shortening the path from issuance to a buyable property without an extra step.
Faster, more consistent pages. A sustained effort on server-side rendering, persisted queries, and caching of metadata and identity data improved load times and removed stale content on property and home pages, so what a visitor sees matches current onchain state.
Account abstraction and embedded wallets. Sign-in moved to cookie-backed sessions, and the application added embedded and smart-wallet support with account-abstraction signing, so a new user can transact with an email-linked wallet without managing a separate wallet application, while self-custody wallets continue to work for larger holders.
Clearer loans. Loan views gained maturity dates with detail, payoff amounts that include a short buffer so an approval does not lapse before settlement, and the ability to cash out to a bank immediately after a loan is set up.
