Trust agreement v3.0

Foundation for self-custody. Earlier versions redesigned the trust for self-custody, shifted to relying on onchain data and blockchain signatures, introduced references to fractional ownership, and added an initial UCC Article 8 opt-in for using tokens as collateral.
