Self-service recovery so owners are not stranded by lost keys or death. Three dissolution paths were added: an uncontested county-records recovery after a 90-day quiet period, an estate-succession path that lets heirs recover the property using probate documents, and a court-ordered fallback for contested cases. Owners and successors can recover the underlying property without Fabrica's involvement. The same version added explicit lender protection, so a transfer by theft does not move beneficial ownership and good-faith secured parties are protected, along with formal handling of smart wallets and functional contracts so using a property as collateral or listing it for sale does not accidentally transfer ownership.
