Endpoints for removing a property (the off-ramp), which returns a property to a traditional deed. Reading, listing, or canceling an off-ramp requires the owner: a request carrying a signed-in session is accepted only when its verified email matches the off-ramp (or, for the list endpoint, when the wallet address in the path is one of the session's verified wallets). Any other signed-in request receives 403, and a cancel is only performed after that check passes.
