Fabrica US validator

Fabrica's US validator holds 20+ regulatory licenses and operates across all 50 states and 3,000+ US counties, the result of normalizing jurisdiction-specific rules into a single coherent system.

The validator provides:

1. a media server that generates dynamic images and animations to visually represent the NFTs, under the domain https://media.fabrica.land
2. a metadata server that provides current information about the real property, aggregated from several data sources and exposed using standard NFT metadata conventions for marketplaces under the domain https://metadata.fabrica.land
3. an API that provides a confidence score for the NFT. Each NFT is run through a series of tests during its lifetime (at issuance, transactions, periodically and triggered by external events)
4. a price estimation API that returns an estimated value of the property, using data from third parties
