Fabrica US validator

Fabrica's US validator holds 23 regulatory licenses covering all 50 states and 3,144 US counties—the result of normalizing jurisdiction-specific rules into a single coherent system.

To achieve settlement across 50 states, we compressed 50 states with varying trust law into one legal framework and configured 2,000+ counties with a platform that adapts on the fly.

The validator provides:

1. a media server that generates dynamic images and animations to visually represent the NFTs, under the domain https://media.fabrica.land

2. a metadata server that provides current information about the real property, aggregated from several data sources and exposed using standard NFT metadata conventions for marketplaces under the domain https://metadata.fabrica.land
3. an API that provides a confidence score for the NFT. Each NFT is run through a series of tests during its lifetime (at issuance, transactions, periodically and triggered by external events)
4. a price estimation API that returns an estimated value of the property, using data from third parties
